We had a lovely stay at the Hampton by Hilton. This is in part thanks to the great service from Jane at the reception. We had a problem and she helped us excellently. Very helpful and friendly. Thanks Jane! On the day of departure, Sean helped us with the luggage. On my next trip, I would definitely consider this hotel.

位置比较优越了，距离北京街比较近周边商家多，房间乾净整洁舒适宽敞明亮，交通比较便利快捷，周边都是批发皮具的

This is oir first time visit at Guangzhou. Hotel provides good services, we found muslim halal restaurants nearby. The front desk was supportive and friendly specially Sean who let us early check-in at 6:30am. My wife was with me and it was nice gesture they have to us.
Room is specious and clean, breakfast was varied as well. So highly recommended one. Will visit again next time Insha'allah

亲子出行多半会选择希尔顿，信任它的品质和服务。这次入住的是欢朋，酒店的地理位置在三元里，旁边就是国际皮具市场，所以有很多做外贸的国际友人入住，然后你懂的，打开房门的刹那气味很浓郁??，只怪自己没做好功课，介意的宝子慎选吧。
酒店的环境和服务还是有保障的，有问题有需求，也能第一时间帮忙解答和解决，对前台的Mia小姐姐印象很好，临走还给孩子赠送了小礼物。
酒店的早餐只能説常规吧，爱睡星人去的晚，然后国际友人胃口又很好，所以每次去可选择的余地就不多了。
总体的体验感还是略低一些的吧，拉低一切的大概是走廊上的堆积的盒子、友人的鞋子等等这些吧

酒店很一般，这个价位来説，感觉还没有全季，亚朵这类酒店住着舒服。外国人太多，满酒店都是浓浓的香水味，好几次差点把人弄吐。房间也是换了两次才能住下去。前台服务态度很差，东西搞忘在酒店也不会主动联系客人，要等到你打电话过去才告诉有，其余餐厅和楼道服务员都很好。早餐还行，能吃饱，偏西式。总体不喜欢，不会再住这家了

我们是晚上才到的酒店，跟前台沟通了要双床房，前台小哥很热心的説有可以拼一起变成2米4的床，真的超适合我们这种带娃家庭，还让服务员帮我们拼好床，还拿了小童牙刷和小童拖鞋给我们，还帮我们拿行李送到房间，服务真的超级好。重点表扬前台高高瘦瘦的小哥??分。
