一到酒店就感觉有一种亲切感，大堂经理亲自接待了我们，还给我们升了房。由于我们带了些食品需要冷藏，服务人员还给我们送来小冰箱。真有些宾之如归的好氛围。

广州白云首选酒店，前台服务也很热情，响应迅速，免费洗衣烘乾，免费健身房，免费游泳池，免费停车，房间设施也很好，屋内乾净无异味，环境确实好，附近吃喝玩乐地方很多

首先，位置还不错，附近很热闹，很多餐厅和大排档。停车方便，住客免费，这对于自驾的我们很重要。
其次，酒店衞生、设施都尚可，除了马桶冲水异响几秒。床品很舒服。最不满意的是房间没窗！房间里面很闷，没有地方可以透气，住了两晚第三晚还是决定换酒店了。
最后服务，大致还行。前台小姑娘基本没笑容。倒是工程部的大哥挺认真负责。

非常的差，酒店不提供毛巾，作为酒店，不提供毛巾，且第一时间当晚服务员态度并不好，这种低级错误怎么可能犯，客人是去休息的，不是处理你们这些事情的，我自费买了酒店的早餐，过去吃都是凉的，还是放在了蒸的那边的，都是凉的，后续一个男经理道德绑架我説因为我和携程説这个事情他扣工资了，但工作有疏忽是你做未成年人该承担的的责任，后续一个女的打电话过来，未经本人允许开启录音，已经违法，説是处理退款，迟迟未回覆，细思极恐的素质。微信截图上这个女的打电话説让我这样发不然不给我退款，结果迟迟不回覆。1月10号到11号居住的
