这次入住虽然只停留了一晚，但整体体验很不错。前台 Joanna 服务热情，办理入住和退房都很顺畅。酒店还贴心地送了洗衣液，解决了临时的需要。因为行程原因，本来担心退房时间比较紧张，Joanna 主动帮忙延迟了退房，让我们能够从容一些。整体感觉酒店环境乾净整洁，服务到位。谢谢 Joanna 的用心服务。

一个人在外面喜欢住公寓比较有家的感觉，没有差评写的那么差，公寓的设施非常好应有尽有，只有走廊过道有点霉味（在广东潮湿的天气不可避免）房间内还是空气清新的。配备的烤箱电饭煲烧水壶餐具都有。衞生也很乾净，住了两天很舒服隔音也很好??感谢winnie的服务，有什么需求都响应的很及时，下次还会选择这里。

房间够大，一厅两房，家人很喜欢有足够地方放东西，服务也不错，刚好遇上七夕，前台送了气球花。地点很方便，可以直接步行去高德广场，地铁站也挺近，唯一缺点是附近的行人路好烂不好走

服务体验真的超预期！入住时恰好遇到客房还在打扫，工作人员立刻诚恳道歉，不仅快速协调好房间，还贴心赠送了水果，还给小朋友送了一个可爱的小书包。经理全程态度亲切，一再致意，其实完全能理解，但他们的处理方式令人倍感尊重。房间空间很大，整洁舒适，设施也很新，美中不足的是没有配备洗衣机，对于长住稍微有些不方便。整体来説是一次非常暖心且满意的入住，尤其适合家庭亲子或朋友出游。

W公寓服务非常到位。尤其是前台的Vicki和Sunny，热情周到，效率超高，发个微信，有求必应。因为我自己不懂操作的缘故，联系之后，公寓立刻派人来，很快解决。态度超好，进房都穿鞋套，也很有专业素质。因为喜欢我住的房间，第二天就签了半年的长租。谢谢W服务式公寓和员工。

时隔一年再次回去住这个酒店。 下着雨一个人开着车 ，带着我的行李，很多回忆…

We stayed in the 3 bedroom apartment. There was a spacious living room, master bedroom with a king bed and en-suite bathroom and 2 bedrooms with a queen bed and a shared bathroom.
There was a friendly and helpful staff that helped us navigate a takeaway app.
Gym was good with new cardio machines. Pool is not kids friendly as it was 1.4m deep throughout.
