很差！分布在好多栋，满楼上都没有几个人住，住着还害怕呢，楼道里什么时候都是湿漉漉的。第二天给调房间以后没有热水，半夜12点来修，修完我也没试，直接睡了，第二天醒了给孩子洗，也是凉水，而且水龙头又关不住了，跑了一天水！早上打电话给客服说是中午12点一定来修好，结果晚上九点多玩回来还没修！在我再三要求换房会退房的情况下，打了十几个电话才同意来给修！修好又11点了！以后再也不住公寓了！服务真差劲！
