200多点广交会期间双人间价格还算可以，去长隆还不错离地铁站五分钟路程，长隆也很近。只是整栋房子刚建成处在装修期，房间内还不错设施都很新，也还算干净只是搬来小凳子下面很多瓜子壳，打扫不是很彻底吧。整体还算不错。办公在6栋住房在5栋。

房间都是新装修的，住得很舒服，不过小区都还在开发中，整个是半装修状态，晚上回酒店的路上有点恐怖，酒店基本是无管理，两点多办入住，既然说房间没搞卫生要到晚上，根本就是耽误行程，最后先办了入住放行李，再让阿姨自己进去搞卫生，因为房间是密码锁，结果进房间的时候发现前一晚住的客人都还没走，狂晕。。
