设施旧，服务一般，卫生搞不干净，房间隔音不好，楼层低，7楼有个靠近大楼抽风机的房间，是在糟糕！

意外的惊喜，房好，人好，服务更棒，下次去广州绝对的首选。我们是度假，且有两孩子，下楼旁边就是商场、超市，客厅对着四季酒店和花城广场，可以看到图书馆和博物馆，还可以看到广州塔。。。早餐虽说品种少些，但也都满足需要，餐后还可以去空中花园散步；对了，小孩子也有玩的地方，走的时候，两囡都不肯走了。真的不错，家庭的首选！
