1.到半夜一个大虫子跳出来，就在我枕头边。吓半死，紧急联系客房换房间。时候送了一盘水果，但也没法安抚我受到惊吓后的心里阴影。第一次入住星级酒店有脚拇指到的虫子。完全不陪我吐槽
2.酒店前台人员的素质特别差！！！！！入住的时候，两个服务员在飚|脏话，随口而出，酒店日常有人员管理？！还是临时请的暑期工？！！！
3.办理退房的时候，前台也是语气生硬，不耐烦带刺。尤其要说的是，说话一点都不过脑子，我在办理的时候，刚好碰到一对男女在办理退房，前台说话一点不过脑子，不懂尊重人，让人听了，就是那对顾客故意偷拿东西。
4.我希望这么久的经营，这基本的应该不要让顾客失望
