办理入住时等了3个小时，一开始说阿姨还未打扫让我们等15分钟，后来又说等1个钟头，之后前台各种不搭理我们，直到经理出来也没给解决办法，说阿姨太忙了还没打扫，服务态度非常懈怠！酒店房间设施齐全，但是细节一点都不行，看似什么都有，但是连座机都没有！打电话给前台的机会都不给，希望其他入住的客人别像我们一样遇到这种事！出来旅游好心情都没了！
