没有热水，打前台，说这就上去弄，等了十分钟还没有来，又打电话，特别不耐烦的说等一会儿，然后又等了二十分钟，再打电话，说已经弄好了，有热水了，我一直在屋子里等，一直没人过去弄，怎么就有热水了呢？无奈只能自己下一楼前台等维修的阿姨，然后又说房间弄错了！什么玩意儿？然后发现是屋顶上的热水器插头掉了！定了两间江景房，完全不一样，一个特别小，屋子里面特别闷，潮湿，屋顶都发霉了，虽说一分价钱一分货，但是这四百块钱的房子也太差了！还有早餐，是给一张13元的餐券，出去走五分钟一个快餐店里点餐，超过13元，要自己补差价！这是我住过最差的酒店了

真的一点也不好，环境实在太差了。而且异味很重。墙壁地板都有发霉的。真的不敢恭维。太不满意了。
