An amazing experience at the Chateau Star River hotel. It's very convenient if you're traveling through the Southern Railway Station just 15 min by taxi. The service was top-notch, with a special thank you to Stephy. She was incredibly attentive and helpful, responding promptly to any requests, and her service was simply impeccable. We asked to change rooms, and she immediately found us a different one that was completely perfect.

这次是和家人一起出游选择了星河湾酒店，真的是一次令人非常满意的体验。酒店的房间面积大，联通间的设计可以把相连两个房间连接起来，非常适合一家人出游。房间内衞生做的不错，没有看到很明显的污渍，也没有太大的异味，就是这个窗台门不能打开透气有些可惜。酒店有一个很大很漂亮的室内恒温泳池，在冬天游泳非常舒服，另外还有一个很大的室外游泳池不过就没有恒温设计。酒店的早餐也还不错，品种比较多，味道也可以。总体来説这次星河湾酒店的入住体验非常不错，家里人玩的也很开心！

感觉很一般，房间窗户把手坏的，隔音很差，漏风，晚上睡觉很冷，无法关紧，空调也是坏的选择了32都无法制热，一直14度，整晚都没睡好，晚上洗完澡也很冷，床头灯开关也是坏的，电子秤也是没电的，电源插座不是太紧就是太松，真的感觉对不起这个价格，很差的一次体验。

非常棒的酒店 客房乾净舒适 空间大 窗外风景也好 临江 客服服务质量一流 体贴啊 尤其礼宾的Rayn 小哥哥 很热情的帮助解决问题 酒店里的理发店也很好 及时拯救了我 配套设施好 星巴克就在旁边 方便 早餐供应也很全 选择多样 一不小心很容易吃撑 ！ 大半夜我不小心烫到了自己， 客房服务超级体贴给我烫伤药膏 还给了一袋子冰块 ??经过一系列操作 没有起泡 安稳度过 点个赞 ！ 谢谢酒店人员

带娃去长隆野生动物园玩 ，这边出行很方便 离长隆野生动物园三公里，购物也方便 离旁边天河商场2.3 公里 打车10 元就到了 特别方便。前台小哥哥办理入住特别快几秒钟给我办理好了 。 感谢给我升级了大套房 很舒服 床也很大 超大浴缸 房间很安静 连空调声音也一点没有 睡的特别香 。 洗澡水也很大 。楼下户外室内游泳池都很漂亮 还有健身房 设备齐全。这是一次非常美好的旅程 下次来广州还入住星河湾酒店

Visiting Guangzhou for New Year's was the best decision we could have made! We stumbled upon a wonderful hotel, and we would definitely go back.
The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Whenever we struggled with something on WeChat, they were there to assist us, whether it was hailing a taxi or helping with translations. Their willingness to lend a hand made our stay much more enjoyable.
The breakfast was a delightful mix of Western and local cuisine, and it was simply delicious! There were plenty of options, including many choices for kids. Although it was quite busy during peak times, the quality of the food remained high.
I also had the chance to use the spa, which was heavenly. The massage was incredibly relaxing and a perfect way to unwind.
Overall, our experience in Guangzhou exceeded our expectations, and I highly recommend this destination and hotel to anyone looking for a fantastic getaway!

这次入住广州星河湾酒店的体验太棒了！?
房间宽敞明亮，180度落地窗将珠江美景尽收眼底，晚上夜景更是璀璨迷人。床品柔软舒适，一夜好眠。酒店服务也值得称赞，前台办理迅速，工作人员主动热情，感谢前台秀环小姐姐
