建议艺龙直接取消该五星评级！本人住过星级酒店中最差的体验！首先入住时间办理相对慢，其次硬件老旧，房间有异味，再次，冲凉的热水温度不够热，花洒位置太底，关键是隔音太差！半夜听到各种响声无法入睡。最后明明让礼宾服务处理了停车卡的，最后出停车场被告之要交费！感叹星河湾真是整个星河都没第二家这么牛的了！
