订的萌萌主题房，孩子很喜欢，个人感觉房间装修和装饰不够精致（相对迪斯尼酒店而言）。自助早餐很棒，不过九点半去用餐人还是好多，座位找了很久。总体还是很不错的。

酒店确实没的说，就想说说同程，艺龙的服务。这次因故有个朋友预定的房间儿不能去了，不能去就不能去吧，就想把这个房间退掉，按照同程，艺龙的要求发送了各种单据，但是期间同程，艺龙处理问题的方式比较拖沓，和效率差，期间我们不停的打电话，突出对方赶紧处理，但是对方一直再拖，一直到把地下的房费给拖进去了，只退了第二天的房费，现在为低下的房费，我还在争取中，因为这个不是我们的原因。我们提前已经告诉同程玉龙这个房子要退订了，同程，艺龙需要提供这样或那样的材料，我们也都提供了，但是同程，艺龙拖着没有给处理完。

酒店其实没有要啥说的就想说说同程，艺龙的服务。因为朋友身体的原因流产了，所以说要想取消掉已经预定好的酒店，酒店需要的资料我们全部都提交了，而且而且同程，艺龙处理的方式和效率实在是太差了，期间我们反复的督促，催促，同程，艺龙就是一直拖一直把第一天的房费给我们拖进去了。

定了房给了钱不能取消不能转让，我们临时有事没去成，白白浪费了一千多块，觉得网站真的不太人性化，你取消收高点的手续费也好啊，不让取消，也真有点说不过去。
