各方面都没得说，虽然价格贵，但是设施服务绝对ok，入住时厕所门在维修中，跟前台打了个电话，立刻换成家庭主题房，为表达歉意，还送了一盘水果👍至于交通位置的话，都很方便，酒店正大门出去就有免费穿梭巴士到长隆各个景点，晚上看大马戏，从熊猫酒店走过去也就五六分钟。总之，小朋友特别喜欢，是不错的选择！

让我非常失望的一次住酒店经历。先从进酒店开始，我推着两个大行李箱，还有小孩推车，没有一个服务生来帮忙，前台接待是实习生，表情面瘫，可能是工作太累了，我进到房间，才发现我原来定的大床房，结果给我的是两张单人床房间（为什么登记时，前台都不懂跟我确认一下房型），原因是订单上没有标注大床房，但我在订单时是选的就是大床房来下订单的，这个就先带过吧。再来吐槽一下，房间地毯很脏，床单让我们一家都感到发痒，整晚睡得不好，洗手间的设计拥堵，小小洗手间里放了三个推拉门，洗手台的高度过高，这样的洗手间感觉很压抑。整个装修粗糙，应该是赶工出来的。超五星的房价，却住得比旅店还心酸。不值，永不考虑入驻！
