住这里不下五次，每次都没看，进房间后发现枕套有个大洞。晚上刷视频看到，布草有问题，拆来看下。特别脏的加了一个内胆套。

这次与家人一同到广州旅行，入住广州皇冠假日酒店，整体体验非常满意！我们一共订了4间房，住了两晚，同行包括8位大人和2位婴儿。非常感谢酒店为我们其中2间房安排了升级，让我们的住宿空间更加宽敞舒适。酒店位置也十分便利，位于市中心，且设有停车场，对自驾的我们来説非常方便。
特别感谢酒店各部门员工的亲切服务！前台、客房清洁和礼宾部的同事都很有礼貌，让人倍感温暖。一下车，就有两位**事主动帮忙搬运婴儿车，让我们带着宝宝的旅途轻松不少。也要特别感谢Yumi，入住前与她沟通时，她耐心协助我们安排各项备注，过程中的温柔对待让我们印象深刻。这次能顺利获得房型升级，也离不开她的专业协助。
另外，酒店对亲子家庭非常友善，不仅提供婴儿床，还在8楼设有小童乐园。虽然乐园规模不算大，但足够让两位小宝宝玩得开心，也让我们大人能稍作休息。
这次入住体验十分愉快，下次来广州一定会再次选择这里！

I had a very pleasant stay. The hotel was clean, the location was convenient, the breakfast was tasty, and the staff were friendly and helpful. I would happily stay here again.

酒店是高层建筑，房间的风景很好，可以俯瞰广州城区的风景。房间内空间很大，入住很舒心，相对而言设备有一些老，但是仍然很可靠好用

前台挺好的，意外给升级了，房间可以，但就是不理解为什么退房的时候另外一个前台在没有其他客人的时候让等他先处理其他事情，尤其客人很急的时候。。。

房间不错，虽然年头老点，但保持的不错，卫生也好，每天打扫卫生的大姐都在楼道里忙活大半天，每个房间即使不退房也认真清理。前台入住时送两张饮料券，可以在大堂吧喝饮料
