体验极差，设施及服务根本对不起＂高档型＂和400元的价格，反映房间窗户无法打开和有异味，得到的答复是＂高层房窗户是不可以开的＂、＂用抽风机＂换气，另想退了后两天的房也不行，携程竟说预付的不能退，只有艺龙的客服还是不错的
