订的是行政房，但行政走廊装修，换了早餐，服务员一直没有提及行政房可以享受什么服务，要多次询问下才承认有行政服务。阳台的门是坏的，设施也陈旧，有点点失望，毕竟东方宾馆是小时候向往的酒店之一，今非昔比！
