入住体验一流，位置很好，距地铁站约100米。设施很好，有花园、亭院和超大游泳池。服务超一流，在春节黃金周这样繁忙的时候，工作人员热情、周到，仍然保证了很高的服务水准。酒店前台是一个年轻、充满朝气的团体，每一个人都细致、热情、井井有条，特别赞扬:为我们办理入住的前台李堃杰，对待住户彬彬有礼、主动、热情周到，有极高的职业素养。说明酒店的服务管理得很到位，下次来广州我还要入住东方宾馆。

不错的酒店，地铁越秀公园站出口处，出行方便。大堂很堂皇，房间设施确实有些老旧，特别是下水和淋浴房会漏水出来。其他都还不错，总的来讲，性价比算高！
