这次是第二次入住了，每次入住带给我都是满满的温磬，有回到家的感觉。酒店的硬件设施，地理位置不用再夸了，大家都知道是白云山下的高级酒店。但只有入住了的人才能感受到里面优质的服务，不管是前台工作人员还是清洁阿姨对客人都谦和有礼，热情服务，耐心细至。由于第二次入住前在网站下的订单出现状况，前台小李及时帮我处理好让我放心了，在入住时由于我想挑安静又有沙发的房间，大堂杨经理不厌其烦的带我看了好几个房间，直到我满意，还让我在房间休息，自己下楼去帮我换房卡，真的让我很感动，离开时又交给我名片，说有事可直接找她，如亲人帮的关怀很是暖心。下次来广州还是住你们酒店。

白云山下最舒服的酒店，唯一的不好就是门口会有些塞车，如果各位入住3812房型算最大，可以不错了，前台服务又好，住的房型又舒服，客房的电话麻烦赶紧接通好，把剩下的杂物椅台凳配备齐全，别一种房型不同的东西在里面。附送三种不同时间拍的照片，不用多说，舒服
