房间一股骚味，要求打扫后喷着劣质清新剂。房卡槽掉落。在网上订了258的房间，听说没窗后，要求升级房间，酒店收银收取了296元，今天打印发票的时候发现，实际升级需要30元。多付了钱，享受的服务非常差。强烈投诉。到周围不建议选择这家酒店。
