入住体验奇差无比 前一天晚上订的房间确认了后 到第二天下午办理入住登记的时候才告诉我没有房间 下订到入住登记一共十多二十个小时没有任何通知 钱就收了 最后还要我自己重新找酒店入住 我来旅游就这样浪费了我宝贵的时间 前台服务员态度居然还可以事不关己一点责任也觉得没有 不急不慢叫我自己等客服联系 受害者还不止我一人 后来来的客人也是同样情况！
