没有早餐，但是环境，设备都感觉不错，卫生也很干净，虽然是晚上临时预订的酒店，但是超出了我的预期，以后出差还是会考虑这里，价格也很合理。服务态度相当好。

酒店在天河公园对面，一进门前台微笑问候，很热情，尤其是前台Tammy, 办入住时还倒了酸梅汤，非常贴心，还帮我们升级了房间，房间可以看到天河公园，卫生很干净，床也很舒服。还有24小时开放的健身房，早餐也很丰富！

前台Tammy服务热情，态度超好，入住带小朋友还很贴心的送儿童洗漱用品到房间，，房间设施齐全，床很舒服，矿泉水不限供应，早餐也很丰富，很棒的酒店，下次有机会还会入住

位置：一般，附近没有地铁，只有brt，而且广州的brt线路很多需要看好站台再选择等车，不过好在可以直接三四站就到岗顶，石牌桥，购物娱乐吃饭方便。
周边：出门右手走二百米是上社，旁边有711，百果园之类的店，餐馆也不少，还是很方便的，只是下雨的话就稍微麻烦点。
酒店服务和设施：不得不说，设施还可以，但是遇到各种小问题。电视看不了，保洁阿姨来了，又叫了师傅来，还是看不了，最后只能换房间了。然后房间的空调直吹床头，又只能换了，最后才算住踏实了。好在酒店工作人员一直都比较有耐心，也在积极解决问题，算是一点慰藉，点个赞。
总体来说，万豪旗下的万枫品牌还可以，价格适中，环境也比较优雅，有机会再住了。
