酒店有停车场，卫生干净，可能是新开的关系，房卡换了几次都没法正常开门，每次都要叫客服，不方便。早餐不错，有现磨咖啡和酸奶。

前台服务非常到位，性价比非常高，办入住很热情的端了咖啡和茶，刚刚下飞机很累，很快的就办完入住，广州回南天，着凉了，办入住时在咳嗽，结果半小时后前台送来了姜茶，突然感觉好温馨，谢谢前台的美眉，不用交押金直接退房，还帮忙叫了出租车，给出租车递上了一瓶水，这是很多酒店没有感受到的服务，期待下一次的旅行，还会选择广州万枫！

早餐品种还算比较丰富！房间面积不大但是布局合理，卫生没的说，服务热情赠送了果盘，冰箱里的饮料前台说是免费的，总体很棒！

房间太小，进门就是床，双人房应该更大，结果呵呵，据说还升级了高级双人房，没见多高级，卫生间没有窗没有窗，早餐不错，丰富且营养。据说是万豪旗下的，价格倒接近，房型不对应。性价比不高，服务倒挺好。
