交通：离地铁口近，有小朋友的话，离动物园也不远。坐地铁去北京路步行街，上下九，天河城，基本上是20分钟内就到了。
设施：不愧是老酒店，大堂宽敞气派，虽然老旧，但能看出当年的风范！房间虽老式，但物品面面俱到。
服务：特别要讲的，服务超级好，最主要提出有一位穿白衬衫的男服务生，默默主动为每一位客人提箱，送至房间，真是为这个酒店加分！
唯一不足的是酒店房间全部不能开窗，所以，气味很重，大概是南方固有的潮湿味。我是受不了这个味道要求换房了，前台非常热情的帮我换到26层后，没有味道了，非常好。
最后要提的是保洁阿姨，服务态度非常不好，对换房的客人大叫大嚷，我们换房她要再次来查房，所以态度极差，说我们坐过床床单皱了，嚷着要扣我们30元钱。希望大家没机会遇到她，哈哈哈，不要影响了心情。
