整个前台极其不专业且没耐心。我明明预定成功了前台一直说没我的单，导致半夜12点多我整整在前台站了40分钟！后来她们又有一个前台问我的名字然后看了说有我的订单啊。极其无语。。不知道为什么酒店会聘请这种员工做前台？
