从前台到楼层服务员的态度都极差！极差！极差！首先是前台回答客人问题就是不耐烦，不论男女的前台服务员都是如此，更不要说笑容二字了，接着就是没有更换卫生间毛巾！晚上回到酒店要求换一条浴巾，结果是等了一个多小时，都想大声骂人了之后才送过来，让人吃惊的是不仅没有对客人的愧疚，还态度很恶劣的一扔！天哪！这是广州的服务态度吗？才晚上10:00呢，就这样的态度吗？建议各位朋友千万不要来这家店受气了，去周围其他店住吧，这个老板再不去好好管理他的员工，结果会是什么样呢！请你们首先做好服务培训吧！
