硬件设施不错，餐饮水平总体一般，但西点和中式点心都ok，颜值出乎意料的高。人员服务态度很好但是感觉管理有点混乱，可能是开业没多久的缘故。儿童乐园是一大亮点，亲子套餐还赠送了季卡，可惜离家有点远。整体价格偏贵，尤其餐饮的性价比不高，服务费加收非常高。每个餐厅的儿童餐椅少得可怜，自助餐厅居然只有四把儿童椅，还最近推出亲子游套餐呢，国庆出游每家都带小孩，小孩设施很欠缺。房间的洗浴用品让我有点失望，不是刚开业时的欧舒丹，只是普通的酒店用品。总体感觉还不错，老人小孩都开心，下次还会选择。艺龙这个平台也是够烂的，上传照片老是闪退，已经第四次操作了！

酒店有停车场，加床260元，一家人带两个小孩订一间双床间加张床刚好搞定。两个小孩子在儿童乐园里玩得很高兴。下次去可以带上风筝单车在滨海公园里玩，这次遇上山竹后遗症封园了有点可惜

酒店位置极佳，可惜这次台风影响太大，旁边的滨海公园封园了。
早餐丰盛，出品好，特别是面包。
晚上在烤吧吃饭，一人份的烧烤材料很足，开始有位服务员态度一般，后来解决了。
总体舒服，有机会再去度假。

没有要早餐。晚餐是自助餐，300多一位。可以游泳可以健身，可以打桌球。酒店客房最高楼是七楼。住的是六楼。服务人员很好，进大堂以后没有像其他的酒店那种柜台。进大堂的右手边就是服务台。设计很有感觉。泳池是早上8点到晚上10点半。
