酒店的服务非常到位。所有职员见到客人，都会亲切问好！且服务非常注意细节。特别客服团队小全，帮我们预订生日蛋糕，帮我们提前安排布置好生日房。为我先生的生日，获得了不少的惊喜！酒店房间设施也是值得一赞，有投墙的电影屏幕，躺在床上看电影，确实是舒服的享受！

酒店硬件很不错，外观看起来和酒店名字一样很豪。软件服务和同类型酒店相比中规中矩，和同集团的美豪利丽致相比还有提升的空间，首先五羊城丽致的酒店管家会带你入住房间，会给你介绍酒店的所有设施，如有疑问可以怎样第一时间联系到她。这边美丽豪就是退房后会给你打电话，问你对酒店是否满意......还需要提升的就是酒店卫生，酒店的门上都是手指印。酒店吃早餐地板走路粘脚。感觉地板没有拖干净。最后说说下午茶没有美豪丽致种类多，瓜子、开心果受潮严重啊。没有丽致的晚安牛奶。酒店离市区比较远，离地铁口也有3到5公里，如果再不提高软件服务质量，和广州别的酒店相比毫无竞争力。
