广外北门附近 房间很小 但厕所超大 眼镜忘记了 但当天晚上我记起 电话回去时 拜托前台帅哥帮我找找 还好找到了 帅哥服务不错 感谢

前台服务一般吧！由于订单修改过，可是酒店没有第一时间更新订单信息、导致到店后说超过预留时间没房了。还满了房间！笑话，钱都扣了，却说没房了，难道要带着小孩睡街吗？后来艺龙出面给调解了，酒店也顺利办理了入住！希望以后多多注意，前台人员服务有待提高、晚上11点多了，应该主动帮客人协调问题，不是一句满房了、超时了就把问题丢给客人
