因为位置优越，已多次入住，但每次对前台的服务员态度都不敢恭维，差评。一家人一起网上定两间房，非要安排一间房23楼一间13楼，完全不便照顾小孩及老人家，明明可以安排同一楼层，为什么非要分开呢？真是每次去入住对前台的工作态度及其对工作的流程等都不给予好评。

非常棒的一次酒店体验
1.地理位置绝好，距离三条地铁线都很近，出行方便
2. 酒店的泳池是宝宝最喜欢的地方，9层的户外泳池，白天可以看蓝天白云，晚上可以看华灯初上，很美。40厘米的儿童泳池非常安全，大人可以在一边放心游泳。
3. 服务贴心，把洗过的衣物都帮助我们整理好，能感受到五星级的服务。
4. 三层的海鲜自助品质不错，鳌虾不限量，味道也超赞
