环境优美，设施齐全，服务周到，我们是初次入住，不懂退房时间，出去吃午饭回来已经下午两点多了，按酒店规定是要加收半天房费，但酒店挺人性化，说我们第一次住不懂，就不收我们的半天费用了，第一次遇到这么有人性化的管理。
