首先，前台一个女服务员态度冷漠。前台服务那个女士态度真是太差了。我一直以为胖胖的人都是善良热情的人，没想到一次入住会让我见到另一个世面，所以还是有收获的呀。其次，设施陈旧，卫生极差，马桶水久久才能冲一次，马桶盖上和床裙，床单上还有姨妈血。

在叠好的浴巾里发现活蟑螂跑出来，服务员把尸首扔掉。瞬间崩溃。本来想多呆几晚的，心情很糟糕，太恐怖😱中午退房了。当时已给酒店投诉，经理说会处理，还没收到反馈意见。告诫酒店，卫生很重要，管理很重要，很重要！！！
