没带身份证叫我去警察局开证明我可以接受，首先服务态度差我不说，店内只可以现金和刷卡，广州这么大，连小的店都可以微信支付宝了，你一间大酒店说没有？一间双人床288，连带押金要600，一个学生谁会带那么现金？前台说只可以用信用卡，我一个学生请问去哪里找信用卡？手机还有2%电跟前台说帮我充下电手机弄不了下的单，她居然跟我说没有充电线和插座，EXM？跟前台说能不能换，还瞧不起人的样子，要几个女还半夜12点满大街找人微信、支付宝兑现，你觉得好好玩？好不容易兑了钱开了证明，一听说是四个人住双人房就不想给我们开的样子。都算了！！结果是前台没刷过房卡直接给我们，开不了门打电话叫他叫个服务员来看看，前台就直接叫我从14楼拿卡下去，下去后说是我们不会开，跑下去发脾气？隔壁一起上去的情侣，还有个大叔都能开，就我们不可以，是我们的问题？那你说我不会来开吧那为什么不电话直接再教一次？非要我们14楼下去？结果真的是没激活房卡！4个人不够拖鞋，打电话叫拿多两对鞋子来，叫我们自己14楼下去有问题？说了N次才肯送上来。出的钱不多，但是也不至于这样？有歧视？第一次这么气，第一次认真评论，我也不希望有其他人受到这样的待遇！
