服务人员态度差，离展馆打车需要18-25元，房间的隔音效果非常差，很晚了外面车声很大，一大早就好吵，以后不住了！

酒店靠马路的房间很吵，隔音效果差,晚上睡不着，一大早就很吵，前台工作人员有一位很不礼貌，说话很不客气，态度非常差，因展会选择此酒店，实际离展会打车需要15元以上，地铁还要走几百米才有，不是太方便

广州星城酒店卫生条件还算好的，酒店的设施也算较好，但作为星级酒店房间连通风的窗户都没有，真的是大差了，订房时也没有人告诉我是没窗户的，要不打死我也不订，，，前台的服务态度大差，，就好象我们是，，，，，算了，但在那附近也好象没有好的酒店吧，有条件的最好别去星城，，
