作为W品牌的忠实粉丝，广州这家完全没让人失望～ 珠江新城核心位置超便利，步行可达商圈和景点。客房乾净宽敞，落地窗能赏城市夜景，床品柔软舒适，隔音效果超棒。工作人员Olina Rebecca Cora专业又热情，办理入住高效，有需求响应及时。早餐品类丰富，WOOBAR的鸡尾酒和氛围超赞，19米LED水幕瀑布很出片。潮流设计与贴心服务兼具，下次来广州一定再住！

Bold, contemporary, and fun, they have absolutely put the Wow in their name. It was Wonderful to stay with W Hotel Guangzhou, and it was a World-class experience indeed. I can’t ask for more for their exceptional guest services and amenities that makes you feel comfortable and welcomed all the time. 玩了一天，给娃哄睡后静下来突然发现有噪音，而且一直持续有声音，不知道是排风机声音还是什么，后来前台找了工程上来修，搞了半天，无果，一边又担心怕把娃吵醒，真的很燥，后来，在我要求换房的情况下，酒店反应还算及时，但是深更半夜的换房真的很不爽，主要有个睡着的娃，还得给她挪过去，一直搞到12点半才睡觉，真的体验感很差了，而且床垫很软，整个人陷在里面，一晚上没怎么睡着。

酒店本身也没得挑，房间乾净敞亮床品舒服到不想起床，衞浴用品都是品牌的，硬件软件都在线，还有前台的Olina和服务管家Natty Rebecca Eleven这样的暖心员工，真的很难不爱！下次来广州还选这家，必须五星好评！

这次住广州W酒店体验真的很好！服务管家Natty特别细心，有什么事找她都秒回，帮我们安排得很到位。前台Olina和她的小伙伴Rebecca 也超热情，入住退房都很快，还主动给我们推荐附近好吃的，整体感觉很舒服，下次来广州还会选这里！
