服务：热情周到，主动帮助拿行李，看到带儿童主动送来儿童牙刷和拖鞋！
房间：订的豪华城景，洗手间超大，双人独立洗刷池，房间够大，两个超大落地窗！
缺点：只有一套沐浴品，一家人都点不够用，洗手池池前面没有纸巾盒！！

作为大陆首家中外合作的五星酒店已经有了35年的历史了，据说里面的设施都是翻新过的！订了江景房真是美翻了，儿子都不肯走说要一直住在白天鹅！硬件和软件都超级棒！很喜欢！
