一次满意的住店体验，这次入住得早，下午有时间可以带孩子去酒店周围走走。酒店前面就是沙面大街，林荫环绕，空气很清新，拍照也很出片。
酒店的服务和环境保持一贯的水准，没什么可挑剔的。晚上睡得也不错。

一次不错的入住体验，还没下车就有服务员小哥迎上来准备帮忙提行李，去checkin的一路都有服务员问候和引导，前台小姐姐晓君特别温柔耐心，看到我带了小孩主动帮我升级了房型，实在太感谢啦。房间内一切设施都很完备，看得出是一家有底蕴有温度的酒店。下次来广州还会选择入住。

早餐有点小贵，建议可以在外吃早茶。周边环境太友好！超喜欢沙面的建筑，无论是白天还是黑夜。
服务非常好，无论是前厅还是客房服务！
泳池人少，水有点浑浊，但还算干净！健身房舒适
建议： 床太小，大床房才1.5米 ??！

酒店位置很好，我们的计划是游览沙面的，酒店就在沙面里面，对面就有食肆，离购物广场也不远，去上下九也方便，服务态度也不错，指引很清晰、服务人员很主动，总之满意。

酒店的地理位置优越，环境优美，除了房间面积比较小以外，其他设施都很棒。服务态度也很好。十一长假期间旅客人数太多，五星级酒店的感受大打折扣。

国内首家五星级酒店向往已久，这次利用双节同庆终于来了，非常满意，尤其是3号下午2点办理入住手续时，由于人太多，一时不能准时入住，酒店就安排大家3点半的珠江游船日游，真是好！等游览回来，拿了寄存的行李就能稳妥入住，谢谢😜！还有一点特赞的就是地铁1号线、6号线黄沙站，走路几百米，太方便了，车停在免费车场，一个字：爽！
