真的很不行。看得出来这酒店以前还是很气派的，但是因为时间太久了，又没有翻新过，设施老旧，房间和过道里一股浓重的霉味，本子也是湿漉漉的，前台服务人员一脸性冷淡，完全不想搭理顾客。我之前还不太相信评分，这次完全信了，以后选酒店一定要选评分高的。

网上订的房 扣费成功后 十分钟内到酒店 结果前台告知没有房间，当时客服答应退费 现在事情过去二十多天了，钱没看见 客服还说钱退不了，真坑！垃圾酒店

十八号凌晨四点五十六分订的票五十七分就自动显示已入住就不能退，只能凌晨五点住到中午12点，十八号凌晨六点前的票都算17号的，人还没进去住，钱就没有了，我这两百多块当包个红包给你们吧

该酒店设施太差，电视不能看，网速慢像蜗牛，最不能忍受的是退房时房间记录本明明放床上服务员非说找不到，要扣钱，是想钱疯了吧，
