如果晚上预定请提前一个小时预定。第一次遇见去到了还要等一小时才可以给房间的。房间陈旧。甚至还有蚊子。这辈子不会再去住了。奉劝各位想入住的考虑清楚

第一次入住。一进房间看到的跟实际相差很大，豪华蜜月房也就这个样子，感觉被骗，吐槽下电视吧，简直不能看。还是以前的老电视，雪花啊什么的沙沙的声音简直没办法看，还有前台的服务态度，我一早出门办事，寄存东西硬是不给我寄存，叫他帮忙送到房间我同事那，他们说没有人，我又急着走滴滴车又在等，上去房间肯定不可能，而且房间住最后，酒店的房间结构一层太多房间，要走很远，所以当时特别急，我就生气了！后来跟他们说了很久，这时另外一个同事走过来才帮忙给寄存，我想说做服务需要灵活运用，不是死板的，这样的前台应该好好培养，不是一切酒店的制度就是命令，酒店领导需反省！您觉得这样入住一次，我下次还会对您家酒店有好感吗？
