酒店位置很好，斜对面就是万达广场，如果去荔湖公园，也不到3公里。酒店小环境不错，鱼池流水，富有广东特色。真中不足，早餐一般。

元旦来跑马，订了离起终点近的酒店。环境非常好，安静，设施又好。为了跑马的运动员，五点半就提供早餐，太棒了。要求给多两瓶水，马上送到。前台吴小姐服务十分贴心。以后无论跑马还是来增城旅行，首选增城宾馆，赞！

乾净衞生，设施齐全完好，酒店地理位置优越，酒店园林景观美不胜收，泳池也很好，前台吴小姐热情、细致接待，携程网订房流程体验好，再到增城首选入住增城宾馆。

房间空间挺大的，床品睡着很舒服里面还有抽油烟机，冰箱，洗衣机。虽然説老牌酒店，但是环境还不错，酒店和后面的饭店共用一个停车场，而且只有地上的停车场，节假日和吃饭的时候车位可能不够。酒店的位置不错，对面就是万达广场。马路对面有个稻香饭店味道非常不错。十一假期酒店的游泳池里麪没有水，这个不太好理解。

酒店大堂及歺厅职员服务冷淡，去到才得知游泳池7-8月才开放。?之前又没有说明。早歺没有自助，只得一位职员服务客人。态度非常一般。

这次入住增城宾馆三天两夜，感觉十分舒适。客房卫生整洁，设施齐备，花园环境优美，交通方便，是旅居的好地方。再一次多谢前台吴小姐的热情款待，提供优质服务，令这次旅程非常愉快，值得推荐！
