换房间后卫生间有下水道气味，不过问题不大，也可能是个别房间问题，总的还是不错，推荐入驻，酒店2-3楼就是食为先酒楼，吃早茶不错，不用去团购都可以，上午11点前点心都是5.9折，就是等的时间比较长，我们美团等了半个小时。

在海珠北路上，靠近中山六路，离西门口地铁站步行只有几分钟，交通方便，在老城区，附近非常热闹，不远还有个光孝寺，是六祖惠能剃度的地道，值得一逛。
美中不足的是酒店装修老旧，房间面积小，我怎么看也不可能有28平方，自助早餐种类非常少，如果运气不好去的晚点，啥吃的都没有了，附近小吃非常多，有几家还非常出名，可以去尝尝。

越想越不爽。
元旦爸妈过来广州玩，于是提前三天预定，确认有房。
入住当天晚上5点多酒店打电话告知房间取消，要安排到附近的酒店。
7点到酒店前台，质问为何预定成功却无房，一直强调房间内部问题所以无法入住，逼问下承认是之前的客户要求续房，所以房间空不出来给我们，折腾了两个多小时才给安排到其他酒店，那酒店条件还不咋地。（同样还有一对来度蜜月的外国夫妇也同样遭遇）
有几点我想喷：
1，为何在房间已被预定的情况下可以给前一位房客续住？这样有什么契约精神？
2，发生这种突发状况，你们优先满足了前一位客户的无理要求，为何没能提早积极为我们做好处理方案？要我们在那边白耗几个小时。
3，没有任何补偿措施，即使不免单不赔款，连升星都没有，我本来就是冲着评论说酒店干净才来的，结果被打发到另一个老旧的酒店，客户体验极差。
这是针对服务方面的，其他方面没体验到，不做评论。
