酒店地理位置不错，位于地铁1号线西门口站C口出口附近，距离圣心教堂、北京路步行街、上下九步行街、沙面、荔枝湾景区等都很近。酒店商务观景房设施还好，环境卫生也不错，工作人员比较热情，虽然入住时有点小插曲，但经过协调前台接待还是很圆满的解决了问题，因此又多续住了两天。特别暖心的是11月14日晚上入住及16日白天值班时的两位安保帅哥，后来看胸前牌知道都姓王的两位帅哥，都非常热情，百问不厌，让人很暖心。二楼的食为先酒店早餐非常好，很多当地人都去。

位置很好，西门口地铁站五十米左右，吃喝玩乐很方便，到步行街两个站，酒店服务特别好，餐厅的服务员更是给她们点赞，每次都是笑脸相迎，餐厅环境很不错，要是可以点餐就好了，房间装修简洁舒服，希望酒店为商务出行设置一些食品，酒水，日常用品，以便吸引更多客源。
