其实这评论我真的不想给差评的，酒店设施，环境各方面我都挺满意的，最让我火大的是服务员早上八点多过来按门铃，敲门把我吵醒了，问我要不要搞卫生，几点退房，这**是脑残服务吗？需要搞卫生我自然会和前台联系，退房的话我几点退关你什么事啊，我在规定时间前退房就好啦，超时我补钱不就行啦。当天是元旦夜，我出去跨年了，回来三四点才睡，居然把我八点多就吵醒了，我能不火大吗？

押金分不清，酒店房费530，微信交了钱，酒店前台又要用信用卡交了1000押金。退房后只返还信用卡530押金。我想知道另外的钱哪去了。
