大堂感觉很堂皇，电梯配套很好，应该有8个电梯，很方便。房间配套很普通，就是老国有老賓館的哪种感觉，但很干净整洁。我住的是江景房610元不含早，像这房间按正常顶多值个400元，还有就是停车还号外收15元/晚。另外就是服务方面很大问题，我早是11点办的退房，在总台一个女服务生，先前我跟前面两个客人在等，她把客人的发票打错了，当时看她的样子手忙脚乱的，等了一大轮到我了结果后面有个客人遞给她房卡，她马上帮他办不管我，我就说了她几句，帮我办完后跟我说发票用完了问我怎么办？奶奶的??????
