酒店虽然是挂希尔顿牌子，但是无论是希尔顿官网还是希尔顿欢朋的网站上都查不到酒店名称，不知道什么原因。
酒店应该是商住楼改的，因为同一栋建筑另一侧是其他其他单位，而且后面好像还是其他公寓楼。适合自驾车，有免费停车位，地下车库更接近大堂，只是地下车库地面有些脏，停车场入口标识不明显，可以说没有，问了大堂才知道如何进入，有两个出入口。
办理入住很快，高级房就是楼层较高，房间不大，如酒店图片所示。该有的都有，但是没有房内保险柜。衣柜是开放式的没有门隔断。房间朝向马路，有些噪音但是不影响睡眠。
洗手间虽小但是干湿分开，而且淋浴间密闭性好。
健身房开放时间混乱，房间介绍是早6点到晚10点，电梯播放的宣传片是24小时，前台说是上午10点到晚上10点，虽然最后前台告知了密码，但是也说明管理上还是有瑕疵。
早餐品种数量还可以，只是如果早去反而因为住宿客人要赶着坐旅行车出游，有些拥挤。去得太晚了，有些东西不补充了。而且小孩的收费不低。可以到酒店对面的米粉店尝尝桂林人早餐。找人多的那家。
退房很快，交回房卡就可以了。
