  Customer service was truly excellent, with a very genuine personal touch. It’s honestly rare to find a hotel that is so service-oriented these days. The team really tries their best to help in every way they can, and you can feel the sincerity in their service. Everyone we met, from the front desk staff to housekeeping, was friendly and helpful especially 哪哪 and 小燕子, who made our stay even more pleasant. We’re a vegetarian family, and they went the extra mile to prepare vegetarian meals for us, which we truly appreciated. The room was spacious, clean, and nicely designed. The in-room control panel made it very easy and convenient to control both the lighting and curtains. Laundry service was also very helpful, especially as it was raining when we checked in. A very pleasant stay. Good for families.

  The hotel and the staff were amazing. They cared for every detail and made our stay awesome. Everyone at the reception was very helpful, polite and great overall. The hotel is very modern and it is right in the city center with lots of things to do in proximity. The rooms are very spacious and you also have a nice terrace with a pool on the roof. The breakfast was also great. I highly recommend the hotel! Thank you everyone for making us feel special!
