  首先订完房间之后，管家直接给我们打电话，给我们介绍停车场以及停车位置，其次介绍完停车之后，就推着行李车来接我们，然后给我们安排房间，拿好行李安排欢迎水果。态度非常非常非常的nice,老板也是在门口亲自迎接。酒店的位置也特别好，并且酒店也把酒店周围的好吃的饭店，买东西的商场以及逛的景点介绍给我们。早餐也特别的丰盛，有特别好吃的桂林米粉，还有爱心煎蛋。我已经推荐给所有的朋友，只要是去桂林，一定要住这家酒店。

  酒店环境非常好，地理位置优越，出门很方便，服务人员态度非常好也非常热情，帮忙规划行程，还免费升级了房间，浴盆还送了浴盐，免费穿了民族服装，赠送了旅拍。摄影师妹妹人很好非常耐心，摄影技术也超好，拍照的同时还全程充当我们的小导游。

  设施：酒店虽然有些年纪，但是设计之初应该规格很高，所以到现在也不显得落伍。尤其是大浴缸，好评！ 环境：酒店就在象鼻山对面，位置极佳。开窗就是象山，环境没得説。楼顶有观景平台。 服务：服务是给我印象最深到地方。飞机晚点，到店是凌晨，酒店员工在早晨七点就让入住了。来来往往时候也非常温柔客气。大大的赞。
