工作人员服务态度很好，热情有礼貌，房间宽敞又整洁，有下午茶和露天花园，酒店还有内部通道可以进象鼻山景区，三分钟速通打卡象鼻，五星全肯定！

充满惊喜的酒店，地理位置优越，有个小门就可以直接到象鼻山，我们去的时候淡季，人少非常舒服。酒店服务人员态度非常好，下午茶也很不错。房间很大，孩子们特别喜欢。早餐非常丰富味道也好吃。最喜欢的是小院子，拍照太出片了。

设施确实是有点老旧了.而且格局稍微有点奇怪厕所和洗浴放窗边然后床的采光相对没那么好.不过服务确实很好.提前电话确定然后预留车位.这个也是象山景区最近的酒店了

房间很乾净没有异味、超大，酒店装饰很有文化氛围，免费提供了小朋友的住店用品，服务很好，保安主动的帮拿行李箱到二楼，但靠路这边房间有汽车通过的噪声，离店后评论，当时忘了拍照。

就在象山公园隔壁，不用预约就可进公园，超级方便。房间舒适整洁，工作人员服务态度实在太好了，有问必答还帮忙提行李进房，早餐券打了五折还送了冰箱贴，经济消费享受了五星服务。超值！！！
