  入住体验非常好，前台服务热情，房间也非常的舒服，离景点也蛮近，打车几分钟就可以到了，位置很优越，点赞。

  挺好的，交通方便，房间安静。一楼大堂就有旅游的谘询。住宿附近走路就有很多吃的，两百米就有桂林米粉、广西菜。

  The hotel room smelled like smoke even though I booked a non-smoking room. I told the staff and I moved room twice. The last room smelled the least of smoke, but there was still a distinct Smoke smell nonetheless. The last time I switched rooms, a man from security followed me up to get my luggage and was clearly annoyed. He wasn’t able to communicate with me either, even though I asked him to use a translator. They also didn’t understand my point when I asked why there was an ashtray in a supposedly non-smoking room. It makes me think that they’re falsely advertising non-smoking rooms. Would not stay here again.

  订了两间房，有一间才刚刚打开门就是浓重的烟味，打扫都不排气的吗？并且在后面住的三天里，每次出去回来都是很重的烟味，开排气换的空气也都是那种味道，其次我定的房间明明是带早餐的，前台说认我们第二天再去领后天的早餐票，OK第二天我们去领了，结果说我们订的是没有早餐的，拜托麻烦去看清楚再说好吧我已经领完了一个房间的餐票了另一个房间没领好吧，后来去看了结果就说是系统的原因没有显示，包括在第一天入住到时候前台也非常的不专业一直在嬉笑，我们就在那里等了将近半个小时，要不是因为不能退房我当时都想直接换个酒店，这也是一个无语的地方，别的酒店都有入住当天八点前免费退房怎么这个就预订完了两个小时以后退房就付双倍的钱了？并且隔音效果非常的不好，老是能听到旁边开门或者是说话的声音

  住了一个月 挺好的 附近吃的也方便 阿姨们打少卫生也勤快 不像别的酒店 常住打扫卫生总偷懒 很不错！！就是下次常住能不能再优惠点??
