位置优越交通便利，停车免费，出行非常方便，早餐品种丰富，房间设施新，床品舒服，前台人员服务好，主动，热情。一直都非常喜欢住维也纳，非常满意的一次入住，下次一定还住这家。

酒店服务不错，床品比较干净，就是酒店有点年头了，旁边有两家当地比较出名的连锁饭店，其中阿甘酒家特别实惠又好吃量又多，椿记烧鹅他家的烧鹅特别好吃，鹅皮脆脆的，以前吃烧鹅很难碰到这种情况，整体价格稍微高阿甘酒家一些，如果来桂林了有时间，一定要去这两家尝尝，我觉得比看象鼻山还回味。

酒店地理位置好，离象鼻山公园很近，附近就是椿记和阿甘，个人觉得阿甘更优秀。酒店前台的小陈特别好，看我们带着孩子，帮我升级了房型。入住的那几天，房务整理清扫的张大姐也特别特别好，细致耐心。从柳州过来一路都住的维也纳，因为体验特别好，又在桂林多停留一天，又续住了。
