酒店位置在市中心，交通方便。酒店与大厦住户同出入，让我找了一段时间。我入住的是圆床房，位于大厦顶楼，视野开阔。属于公寓式酒店，适合家庭出游。设施有点陈旧，卫生尚可。

前台服务很好，还免费送了孩子的早餐券。早餐品种很丰富，味道也不错，米粉非常好吃。桂林的维也纳太多了，光象鼻山这边就有三家，原本以为这家楼上有传说中可以看到象鼻山的咖啡厅，结果前台告知定错酒店了，不是这一家......然后可能是星级原因房间里没有冰箱，话说桂林这样的天气我觉得应该每家酒店冰箱是标配才对，下次还是应该选择五星。
